Impact of Cooperative Learning Methods on Student’s learning at School Setting
Abstract
This critical review of Literature explores the impact of cooperative learning methods on students’ learning at the
school setting in different subject disciplines. It depicts that there are significant features of cooperative learning, which can
be used to enhance the student learning. Through this review, it was discovered that cooperative learning methods resulted in
a positive impact on student learning when compared with traditional learning methods. It also suggests that cooperative
learning methods motivated students to work with peers in small groups to achieve their common goal. Further, this study
provides pedagogical ideas to utilize cooperative learning methods successfully to enhance student learning in the field of
education. Additionally, these findings will provide research insights to researchers who are interested to use cooperative
learning methods as an innovative learning method.
