Abstract : The aim of this study was to examine the relationships between awareness, reliability & convenience with the satisfaction with KakaoTalk uses. A sample of 126 were collected from one of the private university of South Korea and were analyses using SPSS to explore the relationship. A significant relationship was found between awareness and satisfaction of KakaTalk use and Convenience also showed positive signification relation with user satisfaction of KakaoTalk, however, awareness doesn’t show any significant relationship.
