Optimal Hostel Replacement Maintenance applied Intelligent Model Based on the Cost and Downtime Value

Abstract
The optimum time in University hostel replacement maintenanceto action the implement the terms reduce the amount of downtime and the cost per unit of time. Failure data collected during the selected period of time and if not sufficient, a subjective questionnaire and bootstrapping methods used to support the information is incomplete. Maintenance frequency is identified by developing intelligent model based on the costs and downtime value. Techniques adopted the Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) techniques to obtain the optimal replacement based on the replacement cost of downtime and maintenance. The results also showed that the maintenance staff is smart model has additional features to support the implementation of their decisions.
