Paper Title
Exploratory Model Selection Among Available Models of Employee’s Career Plateau-Engagement Relationship

Abstract
Employees’ career plateau and engagement have been considered as important factor for a long time, which have significant effects on the employees’ performance with the positive way or negative way. Researcher’s interests also naturally have been concentrated on the relationship of the two concepts and many studies have been conducted until these days. However, despite of many considerations and investigations, explicit relationship is not still identified. Thus this research is to identify the relationship through exploratory model selection strategy which compares theoretically available models and finds one model the most appropriate. As a result, one model with significant causal relations between two kinds of plateau plus other three significant relations is selected. In addition, some implications are demonstrated.
