Relationship between Time Management Behaviour, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Teachers in Higher Education Institutions in India

The purpose of the present study is to explore the relationship between time management behaviour, job satisfaction and job performance of teachersin higher education institutions in India. The analyses of this study were carried out with AMOS (version 20.0); and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were conducted. The factor analysis and findings show that dimensions of time management behaviourhave a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction and job performance. Further, a number of suggestions to improve one’s time management behaviour were provided. Index terms -Time management behaviour, job satisfaction, job performance, higher education, India
