Ever since India has become the permanent signatory member of the Washington Accord since 2014, India has started implementing Outcome Based Education(OBE) in higher technical education programs such as diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate Programs. The National Board of Accreditation(NBA) has started accrediting only the programs offering Outcome Based Education(OBE) since 2017.
