Defining Equations of Reducible Plane Sextics

Abstract
We will show the process to get the defining equations of reducible plane sextics. For a homogeneous polynomial of degree six over the complex numbers, the vanishing set C of the homogeneous polynomial in the complex projective plane P2 is a curve that such curves depend on nineteen dimensional parameters. By using the Sylvester’s elimination method, we show the reducible plane sextics. Keywords - Reducible plane sextics, Elimination method, Resultant.
