The Impact of Self-Service Technology Service Quality Toward E-Satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)

Abstract
We are increasingly depending on renewable resources for the benefits provided by clean green energy. Even though renewable and environmental friendly, these energy sources are often inconsistent. Due to this we use these energy sources along with conventional or non-renewable energy sources. Depending on a single renewable source of energy is insufficient for standalone systems. Hence for such a system, we include more than one renewable source of energy, to meet the load demand. This requires multiple conversion stages for each renewable source leading to complex, bulkier, costlier, inefficient systems. A new proposed solution is to form a single inverter technology through a common DC bus. The proposed system is capable of supporting both AC and DC types of loads. This will eliminate the harmonics otherwise generated by DC load when connected to AC supplies in a conventional system. The three level inverter used in the single inverter topology produces less harmonics than a conventional two level inverter. Multiple sources of energy are switched using an intelligent algorithm which optimises for economy and efficiency. This is better in contrast to the manual switching scheme in conventional systems. The proposed system is designed to be a general system applicable to most energy systems. A simulation of the proposed system is modelled and evaluated with desirable results in MATLAB/Simulink.
