Paper Title
Factors Affects Mathematical Modeling Process Skills of Gifted Students

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyse the gifted students' mathematical modeling process skills in terms of gender and past mathematical modelling projects. This research was carried out with 301 gifted students. According to the research, there is a correlation between gifted students mathematical modeling process skills (identifying the factors of real life problems, using proper mathematical statements with creating models to epitomize the real life conditions, using proper computer programs to creating models to epitomize the real life conditions, explain the necessities of the solution of mathematical model for real life) and gender. There is a correlation between explaining real life conditions, analyzing the suitability of the mathematical model’s solution with the real life problem’s needs skills and past mathematical modelling projects.
