A Study on The Implementation of The Islamic Studies Module Evaluation Procedure

Abstract
A study on the implementation of Islamic Studies module evaluation procedure in the polytechnic is to gauge how far the lecturers understand the methods to carry out the assessments. Therefore, this paper intends to look into the evaluation procedure for Islamic Studies module in polytechnics, Ministry of Education, Malaysia. This is a descriptive designed study. A set of questionnaire is distributed to students taking Islamic Studies module in the polytechnic for the purpose of collecting information for this study. Alpha Cronbach coefficient is utilized in order to measure the reliability for the study construct where a value of (ά.61) was obtained. The study found that Islamic Studies lecturers in polytechnics, MOE possess the information and knowledge regarding the procedure for the evaluation that needs to be carried out.
