How Emotion Recognition Can Improve Student Performance and Learning Approaches

Abstract
Emotions play an important role in cognitive processes, especially in learning tasks. As a result, the identification of the emotional state of the learner allows the teacher to take appropriate actions that will significantly improve the quality of learning. This article presents the interest of emotional recognition for both the learner and the teacher, and proposes educational approaches that integrate facial recognition and the techniques used.
