Risk Management of an Entire Organization: The Three-Level Approach

Abstract
This article presents a practical case of risk management (RM) of an organization. The RM structure essentially needs three levels namely enterprise risk management (ERM), emergency or incident management (EM or IM), and crisis management (CM).
