Research on Organizational Merger and Administrative Efficiency in Taiwan
This paper focuses on the administrative effectiveness of organizational mergers.The main research objectives
areunderstanding efficiencyaffect, and benefit. This research uses document analysis to do the study. A depth interview
questionnaire is designed and used. The results are positive for management efficiency, low integration impact and good
benefits. This merger is successful and good contributions.
