<strong>Abstract</strong><br>
The world has witnessed many changes in communication. From landlines to mobiles, and the different
generations of mobile network technology turned around the forms of mobile services. But the most expected disruption is to
come from the 5G technology. But while the anticipation is high, difficulties in its implementation have been noticed too.
The difficulties have not been much researched. Some attention though has been paid on technical aspect; the consumer side
of it has not been looked into very seriously. Through this paper, some important difficulties from users’ perspective and
service provider’s view have been discussed.
