Paper Title
Positive Results of Overcoming Force Majeure Circumstances in Teaching Artistic Visualization

Abstract
Abstract - The COVID-19 pandemic limited face-to-face communications, and was a force majeure factor in preparing future students for MARHI. In a short period of two to three days, professors and students of preparatory courses had to change from face-to-face instruction in manual drawing and drafting to distance learning. The change in teaching methods led to great dissatisfaction among both teachers and pupils. The teachers indicated that this would lead to a sharp decline in learning outcomes. And applicants who have received distance learning will not be able to compete with those who have studied in person. As a result, the level of qualification of applicants has declined. The article identifies positive developments for architectural education that have led to a rapid and massive transition to distance learning.
