Paper Title
3 Factor Authentication Voting System Using Blockchain

Abstract
Blockchain technology has already been proposed as a solution to the trust problem in an electronic information system. With the rise of electronic democracy, the use of technology to promote democracy has addressed some of the shortcomings of traditional democracy, such as powerless anonymity and a lack of knowledge. However, electronic voting poses some challenges, particularly in the area of vote counting supervision and the requirement for a trustworthy third party. In recent years, blockchain technology has emerged as a better candidate for addressing these challenges. The decentralization, anonymity, and non-tampering properties of blockchain technology make it a more reliable and secure solution for electronic voting. In addition to the inherent security of blockchain technology, there are also three types of authentication that can be used to verify voters' identities. The first is Aadhar Auth and OTP verification, which requires voters to provide their Aadhar card number and a one-time password sent to their registered mobile number. The second type of authentication is face verification, which uses facial recognition technology to match the voter's face with their photo ID. Finally, voters can also use a Blockchain Wallet to authenticate their identity and cast their vote. Keywords - Blockchain, E-Voting, Blockchain Voting, Authentication, Security
