The Educational Management Strategy For Education Hub School in the Northeastern Region of Thailand

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the educational management strategy thus develop guidelines based on the educational management strategy for education hub school in the northeastern region of Thailand.Researchers utilized mixed mode method using survey and in-depth interview design. A total of 26 school administrators and 276 teachers were involved in this study as respondents. Researchers employed purposive sampling technique for school administrators while multi-stage sampling technique for teachers by utilizing Krejcie and Morgan table. Two types of research instruments were utilized in this study namely questionnaire and interview protocol. This study was conducted in two phases. Descriptive statistic like mean score, percentage as well as content analysis were utilized to analyze the obtained data.The results from the first phase indicated that all the dimensions of educational management strategy were at high level. In additionguidelines on development of the educational management strategy for educational hub school in the northeastern region could be explained into 2 main aspects namely the aspect of educational administrators’ leadership and aspect of management and the use of technology.
