Unidimensionality Problem in Higher Education: The Case of Administrative Case

We can easily observe the unidimensionality within the characteristic of the education in respect of both the curriculum and the materials in Turkey’s educational system of administrative science in Turkey. However, in analyzing the studies of administrative sciences, the main dimension of the education follows the trajectory of cameralizm and bureaucratic studies within the context of European Approach and the Classical-Traditional School, Neo-classical- Behaviorist School, Modern School and Neo-Modern School within the context of American Approach. At the same time, the socialist tendencies and socialist thought of administrative education have been excluded especially in recent curriculum and lecture materials of administrative sciences. In this framework, this study seeks the ways of solution for the problem of unidimensionality.
