Strategy Framework for Trust Embedded I.C.T.C. Business Model Development
The aim of this study is to formulate a strategy Framework for trust embedded I.C.T.C business model development.
For it, firstly the general concept of trust and online trust is discussed. Then, it presents comprehensive previous literatures’
review of trust in social science prism. This study classified the literatures’ stances with two viewpoints of the ‘system’ and the
‘user’. With this backdrop, it catches three contradictory trust issues: Internal optimization vs. external interaction; Control vs.
orchestration of personal information, and simple user value vs. ecosystem value creation. It finally formulates a strategy
framework based on the ‘user’ perspective and suggests the strategic direction for developing trust embedded ICTC business
models with some use cases.
