Paper Title
Passive Emitter Location Employing Time Difference of Arrival/Frequency Difference of Arrival Measurements

Abstract
This study presents an extended Kalman filter (EKF) approach for estimating the position and velocity of a moving emitter using time difference of arrival (TDOA) and frequencydifference of arrival (FDOA) measurements in a three-dimensional scenario. The proposed EKF performs remarkably in calculation and location estimation. The emitter location systems (ELS) comprises of a number of electronic support measure(ESM) geographically separated over an area and are interconnected through a communication network for transferring the received signal’s snapshot data to a central unit where proposed EKFapproach operations are done for obtaining the TDOA and FDOA, summary of Matlab simulation results were presented.
