Abstract
Increasing teachers' motivation and performance through the implementation of neuro-linguistic programming approach-based communication strategies in school. Improvement of teacher performance in the form of academic achievement from cycle I 39% to 42% in cycle II, for OSN achievement, improvement of UN (National Exam) average rating at provincial level. Teachers' achievement in PBI also increased, i.e., 30% increase in the writing of CAR, 56% in book preparation and learning module. As for the non-academic achievements, as for the observation of motivation, there is increased motivation of teachers by 9.7%. Keywords- Communication, NLP Approach, Motivation, Performance.
