Abstract : Research’s subject is the level of importance of the quality factors of working life of employees in business and manufacturing in Thailand. The objectives of this study are to study the level of importance of the quality factors of working life of employees in business and manufacturing in Thailand by using Qualitative Research and studying and analyzing documentary sources (Documentary Research) by using the checklist as the research instrument. The sample of this research is the research data in ThaiLIS-Thai Library Integrated System. Office of the higher education commission conducted purposive sampling specifying 24 researches in Thailand that have populations and samples in business and manufacturing in Thailand and were published from 2013 to 2017. The results show that the quality factors of working life ranking from the most are Adequate and Fair Compensation and Growth and Security, Safe and Healthy Working Conditions, Development of Human Capacities, Social Integration, The Total Life Space, Constitutionalism and Social Relevance and Organizational Pride respectively. The level of importance of quality of working life ranking from the most are Social Integration, Social Relevance and Organizational Pride, Safe and Healthy Working Conditions, Growth and Security, Development of Human Capacities, Constitutionalism, The Total Life Space and Adequate and Fair Compensation respectively.
