Abstract : The study focuses on the multidimensional characteristics of foreign trade of Rwanda and the potential of
Rwanda in terms of foreign economic relations. This country has created macroeconomic stability and an increasingly
attractive investment conditions for foreign investors, trading partners, business start-ups, entrepreneurs and other private
sector actors.
Therefore the study attempts to achieve the following objectives:
1. Evaluating the potential of the Rwandan exports;
2. Formulating of policy recommendations for development of Rwandan international economic relations.
In this article an attempt was made to evaluate of Rwandan exports potential is on the base of the index of indicative trade
potential.
