Abstract : This article aims to present and discuss the results of the author's conducted research in 2016 on the characteristics of future work, preferred forms of employment and working conditions in the opinion of employees from generation Y who are currently entering the global labor market. The presented results show the impact of cultural differences (Poland, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus) on the above issues and identify the areas in which the analyzed country of origin influences and in which it does not affect the perceived issues. Conclusions are recommendations for executives from around the world on how to manage employees from generation Y from different countries.
