Abstract : The concept of sustainable development is considered incomplete as it tends to focus on meeting our needs, this paper proposes the need to consider a mutual and sustainable development that build on a “home” value. Mutual and sustainable development will create a synergy of all the stakeholders and the environment. As for the value of “home”, it will foster a strong bond between us and the environment.
