Abstract : The increasingly competitive environment, a consequence of globalization, has driven the businesses for great transformations in order to survive. In addition to be able to survive, businesses have started to search for the ways to further improve their efficiency in order to maximize their profits. Among the fields to improve is employee performance. A number of factors affect the employee performance. And organizational citizenship behavior is one of them. Organizational citizenship behavior contributes to the business goals being developed voluntarily and spontaneously. This study analyzes the effects of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.
