Abstract : with the new era of global economic openness, economic actors find themselves in the necessity and even the obligation to admit themselves to a certain level of economic development, openness and, above all, consideration of the environment. External, in this case CSR remains the concept that is at the heart of all socio-economic debates, but a stagnation of its emergence in developing countries gives way to the following questions which hinders its development. ?
