The research is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by utilizing related documents and research study. The in-depth interviews are undertaken with 10 key informants who are the executives at Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and street vendors. The results show that there must be a clear policy on the collocation of street side stalls vendors, the responsible officers must effectively perform their duty, there must be measures in the enforcement of law with clear punishment, there must be a promotion towards public participation in the management, and finally, there must be public hearing in order to mitigate the resistance from vendors and general people in affected areas.
