Abstract : Introduction: Automation is the next big thing in the outsourcing industry. It companies are in the band wag on of RPA
which give the flexibility, speed, accuracy and human error than can happen. But how well the employees respond to this
change?
Methods: The study is based on the impact of automation in Indian IT sector, the research is done in descriptive analytical
study conducted by taking random sampling of population of Indian IT sectors. Data were collected by a valid and reliable
questionnaire and collected data are analysed by SPSS software.
Conclusion: It brings speed and accuracy to the existing process which will be very much crucial to the client and curtailing
the competition. But it affects the employees at a greater level.
