Abstract : This research is aimed to explore an influence of efficiency in supply chain management (SCM) of ready-to-drink milk in Sakaeo province, Thailand towards the competitive advantage for the entrance to Sakaeo Border Special Economic Zone (BSEZ). Samples in this study are 36 staffs of Wang Nam Yen Dairy Cooperative Limited whose job is related to the procurement in the ready-to-drink milk supply chain. Data collection is undertaken by questionnaire, and is analyzed by principal component analysis and multinomial logistic regression. The result showed that efficiency of supply chain reliability influenced competitive advantage for Sakaeo BSEZ on product innovation significantly at the 0.01 level. A chance that this event will occur was 5.683 times. SCM efficiency on expense and cost influenced competitive advantage for Sakaeo BSEZ on market share significantly at the 0.01 level. A chance that this event will occur was 5.819 times. Index Terms - supply chain management, dairy milk industry, Sakaeo Special Economic Zone, ready-to-drink milk.
