Abstract : since 1994 the public authorities in Algeria implemented The economic reform program, which included extensive measures to liberalize foreign trade, in fulfillment of the IMF's conditions to help the national economy to be more open to the outside world by liberalizing Algeria's international trade and thus opening its borders to goods and services As well as foreign capital. This paper discusses the effect of the reform policies experienced in the field of international trade during the last two decades in Algeria.
