Abstract : Entrepreneurial training is a platform to embrace entrepreneurial culture in supporting the national agenda economically. Non-Governmental Organization is among the agencies that works towards producing and upgrading potential and existing entrepreneurs which reflected through the national Gross Domestic Product over the years. However, there are reportedly significant shortcomings in implementing entrepreneurial training programs throughout. Although both mission and vision of the organization are embedded clearly, the reality is farther from perfection (the intended fantasy) regrettably. Issues pertaining entrepreneurs, implementation and direction of entrepreneurial-related activities, collaboration with other government agencies, Key Performance Indicator are discussed while the organization’s objectives, visions and missions are also reviewed. This study exploited a semi-structured interview with the organization’s representatives in order to device the actual scenario in regards with entrepreneurial training conducted within. Objectively, this present study serves as a parameter towards better understanding on the government-related entrepreneurial training practices in Malaysia. Thus, it allows better planning and execution in the near future towards realizing the training goals whilst supporting the national agenda respectively. Keywords— Entrepreneurial Training, Fantasy, Focused-Ethnic Entrepreneurs, Reality.
