Abstract : This research was the survey research which aimed to study the human resource management process affecting the staff’s work at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University by gathering the data from 133 staff at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, SuanSunandhaRajabhat University consisted of 98 academic staff and 35 non-academic staff. The research tool was the questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using the frequency, percentage, mean (X̅) and standard deviation (S.D.). The findings revealed that the overall of human resource management process affecting the staff’s work in each topic; the recruitment, selection, training and development and performance assessment were in the high and highest level, and it enhanced the work efficiency to achieve the organization’s goal.
