Abstract : The objectives of this research are 1) to study the personal factors of the people using the Phuket Employment Office service, 2) to study the level of satisfaction of the people using the Phuket Employment Office service, and 3) to compare the level of satisfaction of the people using the services of the Phuket Employment Office, classified by personal factors. By using random sampling, A sample of 150 people was used by questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The study found that people using the service had a level of satisfaction with the service provided by the Phuket Provincial Employment Office. Overall is at a high level. The researchers suggested that the staff should be divided into the patient to facilitate operations and not delays, or to recruit staff from recruiting staff or migrating staff from affiliated agencies and developing modern service systems to improve the process and increase service efficiency Keywords - Employment Office, Satisfaction, Service.
