Abstract : The rapid development of Artificial intelligence is a crucial topic nowadays. It has both theoretical and practical significance to clarify the evolutionary path of the enterprise in the industry. Based on the dynamic capacity model, this study adopts a case study research method and try to find out how iFLYTEK, a well-known Intelligent speech company in China can adjust itself quickly and keeps a rapid development speed in the ever changing environment.
