Abstract : The largest democracy of the world is continuously facing the problem of pendency in courts and the COVID-19 pandemic has contributed more in this regard. This may put the entire system under question mark and may shake people‟s faith in justice. To deal with such situations, the Apex Court of India has decided to add the flavour of Machine Learning (ML), a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in judicial works. The goal of AI is to make computers thinkable by training them with a dataset. On the basis of the fed training data and by learning a pattern, machines make predictions with good accuracy rate. Judiciary has adopted ML based intelligent applications for automating repetitive and time consuming works. There are so many ML Apps and tools, being used in judicial works across the world. SUPACE is the Indian counterpart of the same. In this paper, we will see how the unbounded efficiencies of AI integrating with judicial system, will ensure timely justice to all by removing complexities. Keywords - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Judiciary, Algorithm, e-Court.
