Abstract : Abstract - This study tried to explain and analyze the force/power impact of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee engagement, and finding which the most powerful variable effected on employee engagement. The population of this research was 69 employees and the sample was taken from the entire population.The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire instrument. The validity of the item was tested by product moment person correlation, while the reliability coefficient was tested by the Alpha Cronbach formula.The research founda very strong relationship between organizational commitment and employee engagement. The effect/impact of the two dependent variables on employee engagement was 43.5%. The remaining 56.5% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. Furthermore, partially there was no significant positive effect between transformational leadership on employee engagement but there was a positive effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement and simultaneously there was a significant positive joint effect between transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee engagement.
