Abstract : Abstract - Despite the close relationship between human rights and environmental protection, there are questions about whether business and human rights provide an appropriate or effective framework to protect the environment. The aim of this research is to study business and human rights efforts to protect the environment from damage by business, demonstrating the active role of some companies to protect the environment, and concluding with suggestions for protecting the environment.
