Abstract : Abstract - Since the beginning of the computer and internet era, the number of online users has been rapidly increasing, and more people used to spend their money online.Georgia is well-recognized and positioned as a central gambling spot in the region.Even though online gambling is a strategically important and financially attractive field for thecountry, it is, at the same time, a source of many social problems such as gambling addiction, the involvement of adults, financial difficulties, and others.Therefore, this field requires a thorough study from various perspectives.This paper reviews different approaches to gambling behavior and their propensity for problem gambling and investigates the main factors that affect it.
