Abstract : Abstract - In this study, promoting the innovative culture by sharing information practices in building a constructive and competitive environment among small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia was investigated. The research analyzed influential knowledge management practices that help SMEs in the marketplace of information and communication technology (ICT) in Saudi Arabia to make them innovative. A questionnaire consisting of (689) workers from (385) SMEs and ICT companies in Saudi Arabia based on cited studies in literature was prepared and analyzed in the current study. The nature of research in this study was analytical and descriptive. Three management practices, namely knowledge creation (KC), knowledge implementation (KI), and knowledge sharing (KS) were used to investigate the level of innovativeness for selected SMEs. It can be perceived from obtained results that a considerable influence on the degree of creativity in the targeted SMEs enterprises was observed when the techniques of KC and KI were implemented in a combined form. Alternatively, the level of innovativeness was found less or nearly negligible in comparison to KC/KI when KS practice was applied. Thus, the study recommends using both KC and KI techniques to increase the level of innovativeness effectively for SMEs enterprises than KS practice solely. Keywords - Innovation, knowledge management, Culture, Sustainability, Competitiveness, Saudi Arabia.
