Abstract : Abstract - It is known that the water in public swimming pools must not be harmful to the users' health, but there is a risk especially in cases of the use of older generation filter devices, inadequate maintenance of equipment and pool water preparation procedures. The problems are particularly noticeable when the number of pool users exceeds the limit for the volume of the pool. The paper deals with the experience in the implementation of the new means in the technological process of pool water treatment, with the aim to remove any present dangerous polluting substances in the water and increase safety, i.e. reduce the risk to the health of users.
