Abstract : In the present scenario, the information from the management was sent to the respective people through social media or through the notice board. If in case, the information was sent from the management but reached after the necessary provided time, or otherwise, due to some other disturbance, it becomes a challenge to utilize the information. If the person misses any particular information at a specific time, then the person misses the opportunity. Therefore, to overcome this situation, new technology can be introduced, that is, SMART DIGITAL NOTICE BOARD (SDNB), where, the data or information provided/given by the management are collected and transferred to every respective beneficiary at an appropriate time. The motto of the project is, all people should use the information within the stipulated time. As soon as the information is sent to the SDNB, a particular sound is notified on the person’s mobile and everyone will see the information on the notice board. Hence SDNB is a boon for transferring the appropriate information, both for the beneficiary and the higher officers of the management. In the same way, SDNB is used for the physical identification of the higher officers. If the higher officer in need, is present inside the room, then SDNB shows that he is inside that room at the room entry. If the higher officer is engaged in an important meeting in some other room, then SDNB, which is placed in his/her room entry, shows the respective room, where the higher officer is. If the person is on leave, then SDNB shows blank. Hence, the search for the particular person becomes easier and the appropriate information can be communicated within time.
