Strategies for Promoting Responsible AI and Assessing Its Merits and Demerits

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) in current world refers to the integration of AI technologies and algorithms into various processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety. AI has the potential to revolutionize the way how our dayto- day operations are performed by enabling machines to make informed decisions, perform tasks that were previously carried out by human, and even diagnose and resolve problems autonomously. Some of the key applications of AI include Predictive Maintenance, Quality Control, Robotics, Process Optimization, Digital Twin, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality. While there are many benefits to using AI in industrial automation, there are also some potential disadvantages that should be considered like highly expensive, lack of human empathy, poor quality of data resulting in wrong or biased decisions etc... This paper will describe in detail about applications how AI systems to be more responsible and sustainable, understand its merits and demerits and take meticulous decisions and actions for its applications.
