Abstract : This internship research in Qatar aims to determine the effectiveness of the internship program in Qatar during the 2022 World Cup, which involves blending with other international workers under one umbrella, named The Living Adventure (Accor Group Qatar). This program is an important opportunity for Indonesian workers to enhance their skills through internships in the hospitality sector. The Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Directorate of Job Training and Internship Development, collaborates with The Living Adventure (Accor Group Qatar) to provide internship opportunities for Indonesian citizens in various positions related to housekeeping and front office. Based on the research findings, it was found that Accor Group desires a larger number of internship participants from Indonesia. Out of approximately 400 applicants, only 61 prospective interns were accepted, indicating that Indonesia faces tough competition from countries like India and Africa. The research concludes that the internship program in Qatar has a positive impact on the participants, offering not only valuable experience but also a challenging opportunity to develop internationallevel competence in the hospitality industry that will be cherished forever.
