Abstract : With the spread of the global epidemic, many people began to form the habit of ordering food on the food delivery platform, forming a rich industrial ecosystem of Taiwan’s food delivery platform. Even the epidemic alert has been lifted, the more consumersrely on the service provider to realize their relationship benefits, the more likely they are to end their relationship with the service supplier. This study developing the conceptual model concentrates on factors affectingconsumers’intentiontousefooddeliveryplatformsinthepost-epidemicera.Atotalof567validquestionnaires were collected to test the hypotheses.There search findings show that in the poste pidemicera, perceivedease of use has a direct and significant impacton consumers’use intention. In addition, perceivedease of use has a direct and significant impact on the perceived usefulness of food delivery platform, and then have a positive impact on consumers’ use intention. This study puts forward the oretical and management recommendations for other scholars as reference for future research. Keywords - Food Delivery Platform, Post Epidemic Era, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Intention to Use.
