Abstract : This article discusses the problems of innovative development of ecnomic sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan in
modern conditions. The dynamics of innovation activity of enterprises of Kazakhstan for a couple of years, compared with the
international practice. Summarizes the barriers of innovation development of Kazakhstan enterprises, analyzes the activities
of the "National Agency for Technological Development". The necessity of the transition of the republic from the factor of
competitive development stage to the stage of investment and innovation.
