Abstract : This paper is explored about key success factors of supply chain risk management in fresh product of modern in
Thailand. In the manufacturing industry most of firms are strongly implement with SCRM but not many fresh food industry
applied this system. Therefore this research prepare for fresh tropical fruit in Thailand. The questionnaire was sent to sample
respondent and analyze by multiple regression analysis. there is a quantitative research. The result about focus to Supplier
Relationship Management is very greatest important effect to procurement performance of the firm both in buyer and
supplier. Also internal risk factors and external risk factors need to be monitor closely from this research results.
