Abstract : Motivation is usually described as a process that initiates goal-oriented behavior or internal state that induces a person to engage in a particular behavior. Although it is clear what motivation is, still there are a lot of intrigues among scientist, psychologists, educators and even managers, what motivates people to behave in a certain manner or what is the main motivation factor that affects their behavior. The main aim of this paper is to explore motivation attitudes and the main motivation factors within Croatian and Polish economics students, as well as existence of differences regarding motivation factors between them. The additional aim is to reveal the importance and differences implementing modern teaching methods in study. The final aim of the paper is to explore existence of differences between stated groups of students regarding potential motivation factors on their future job. The assumption is that there are differences between Croatian and Polish students within main motivation factors according to their different learning styles and organization processes within different universities. Verification of empirical evidence is provided through the sample of 93 Croatian and 95 Polish economics students of bachelor and master level. The research was conducted simultaneously in academic year 2014/2015. Index Terms- Motivation, Intrinsic And Extrinsic Motivation Factors, Survey Analysis, Nonparametric Tests
