Abstract : Partner selection is definitely significant for management to form successful strategic alliance. This paper
provides a systemic review of literatures exploiting partner selection criteria associated with determinants in examining
prospective partners. This study conclude that current research has generated a number of useful insights, and further identify
that partnership would be an excising area for scholars.
