Abstract : Pastor GPdI exemplary behavior throughout Indonesia comes from the Lord Jesus. Pastor action should behave naturally manifested in everyday life. The behavior is then called pastor habitus of GPdI of Indonesia. This study measures the extent of the influence of ministry motivation and self-concept to pastor habitus of GpdI of Indonesia. The method is Neuro-Research: exploratory, explanatory and confirmatory research. The population is 469 Pastor of GPdI of Indonesia. Questionnaire using Likert scale 1-5. Calibration using content validity and construct validity using Orthogonal Iteration approach. Reliability index using Cronbach Alpha Formula. Results: (1). Pastor of GPdI of Indonesia significantly tend have habitus sometimes any good significantly at α<0.05 (2). Pastor of GPdI of Indonesia significantly tend to have medium ministry motivation significantly at α<0.05 (3). Pastor of GPdI of Indonesia significantly tend sometimes only have a positive self-concept significantly at α<0.05 (4). There is a significant positive effect and ministry motivation (X1) to habitus Pastor of GPdI of Indonesia (Y). If ministry motivation the pastor of GPdI (X1) is increased by 1 (one) program priority or one (1) treatment, the condition habitus of GPdI Pastor of Indonesia (Y) will be improved from the present level of 1.43 times (5). There is a significant positive effect and self-concept (X2) of GPdI Pastor habitus of Indonesia (Y). If the pastor self concept (X2) increased by 1 (one) program priority or one (1) treatment, the condition habitus of GPdI of Pastor of Indonesia (Y) will be improved 1.475 times from the present conditions; (6) There is a significant positive effect and ministry motivation (X1) and self-concept (X2) together against habitus of Pastor GPdI of Indonesia (Y). If ministry motivation and self-concept pastor assembly (X2) together increased by 1 (one) program priority or one (1) treatment, the condition habitus of GPdI Pastor of Indonesia (Y) will be 1.517 times better than current conditions.
